The Born Primitive Ridgeline Base Layer Top is a next-to-skin base layer containing a super soft Merino Wool/Polyester blend that will wick moisture and dry quickly even during high levels of exertion in the field. Merino wool is naturally anti-microbial, so it won’t start to stink on you after a few days without washing. Merino Wool also does a great job of retaining its insulation value, even when wet. The polyester blend adds to how soft and comfortable this layer is and won’t stretch and sag as much as other wool/synthetic blends. The Ridgeline Base Layer Top excels during archery and early-season rifle hunts when the temperature is moderate, the Ridgeline Heavy Base Layer Top will be your go-to for colder late-season hunts.
